Your new company
This Scandinavian-based world’s leader in financial, procurement and document processes is growing since establishment in Toruń. Due to transition and expansion of Customer Service Team, new team member is to be welcome onboard.

Your new role
You will be responsible for being a support for the company’s internal and external Clients. Your main duty is to provide brilliant information services, including problem solving and giving adequate advice. You will be working via telephone, e-mail and the web channels. You will also be in charge of creating positive image of the company, building and maintaining desirable relationships with clients.

What you'll need to succeed
What is a must you have to speak excellent German (minimum C1 level) and good English (B2 level at least). What will also be helpful to achieve success on this position is possession of great interpersonal skills with business acumen, as well as desire to learn and high motivation. Any experience on a similar position or IT skills are an advantage, but not a necessity.
